The Remaining Stripes Sweater is knitted top down, in one piece, with a round yoke. The sleeves are knitted before the body, to ensure that the stripes are the same on both sleeves if you are knitting with mixed remnants. It has an oversized fit, so it can also be knitted in a size smaller if you want it to be narrower.
