Payment

ML Sjøgren accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and Mobilepay

Payment will only be debited from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Reservation of amount

When using a payment card, debit or credit, a reservation is made for the amount being purchased. This amount is reserved until the webshop has processed and shipped your order. When the order has been shipped, the money is withdrawn from the account. The reservation time depends on the product/service.

Debit card authorization

With a debit card, you will see that the money has been reserved in your account and that your available amount will be shown as being less. If you or the webshop subsequently cancel your order, the webshop cannot withdraw the money, but the reservation will continue to apply for a period of time. Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) will be able to cancel the reservation.

Credit card authorization

The money will only be withdrawn from your account and appear in your overview when the webshop processes and withdraws payment for your order.

All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

ML Sjøgren uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by outsiders.

ML Sjøgren's own website also uses encryption with the SSL protocol.

Delivery

The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days.

ML Sjøgren ships goods with the following: GLS - Private, GLS - Parcel shop, DAO - Parcel shop, Post Nord - Parcel shop, Post Nord Private.

You will be able to choose between having the package sent "without distribution" or "with distribution".

You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.

Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. There is no right of return on digital items.

The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

You will be responsible for any return costs.

Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must reach us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation.

Requests to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to info@mlsjogren.dk . The message must clearly state your desire to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Condition of the item upon return

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that you must try the goods in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to ML Sjøgren to assess the condition of the item.

Right of complaint

There is a 2-year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Act. The warranty applies to all defects in software, materials and manufacturing.

Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be notified to ML Sjøgren within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. A maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The complaint is void in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.

ML Sjøgren will cover the return costs to a reasonable extent.

We do not resell personal information or pass on your personal information to others, it is only registered in our customer database. You can have your information deleted at any time.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with ML Sjøgren, we need the following information:

Complaints options

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus, Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via The Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus . The mediation team will attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if a solution is not found, you can file a complaint with the Danish Consumer Complaints Board.

In general, a prerequisite for filing a complaint is that the product or service you wish to complain about has cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must generally be at least DKK 720. The amount limits may be changed. You must pay a fee to have the complaint processed.
