What is the delivery time?

The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days . I ship items with the following: GLS - Private, GLS - Parcelshop, DAO - Parcelshop, Post Nord - Private, Post Nord - Parcelshop.

You will be able to choose between having the package sent "without distribution" or "with distribution". You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from the warehouse to your home.

How do I return an item?

You are responsible for any return costs. When returning, please contact the company:

Is there a right of withdrawal?

There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. There is no right of return on digital items.

The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered. Any request for cancellation must be notified to me no later than 14 days after delivery and must reach me no later than 14 days after I am informed of your use of the right of cancellation.

Requests to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to info@mlsjogren.dk . The message must clearly state your desire to exercise the right of withdrawal.

How is the condition of the item assessed upon return?

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods that results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that you must try the goods in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to ML Sjøgren to assess the condition of the item.

How does the right of complaint work?

There is a 2-year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Act. The warranty applies to all defects in software, materials and manufacturing.

Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be notified to ML Sjøgren within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, a maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. I will refund reasonable shipping costs. The complaint is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
