Bluefaced Leicester is a soft and robust yarn with a beautiful sheen. The wool comes from the English Bluefaced Leicester sheep breed, which has one of the longest wool fibers. This makes the yarn very stable with a low risk of peeling. The wool is also very durable, ensuring that your creations keep their shape and look new for a long time.

The yarn is hand-dyed in very small portions, which means that no two skeins are the same. Therefore, please make sure to order enough yarn for your project so that the yarn is from the same dyeing. If you want the most even color play possible, you can knit with 2 skeins at a time. But you can of course also embrace the uniqueness of hand-dyed yarn and knit with one skein.
